Helping You Navigate Life’s Challenges
With Confidence & Clarity.
Are you struggling with an area of your life and thinking it’s time to make some much-needed changes?
Counselling
As a registered therapist in 100 Mile House, I believe that everything experienced in life has a greater purpose and that these places that we struggle are necessary for our own personal growth. It’s through these difficulties and struggles that we are given the opportunity to truly find ourselves. As a counsellor for the last 17 years, I have supported individuals, children and youth and families through grief and loss, life transitions, depression, anxiety, anger, conflict resolution, stress, communication, and trauma.
With my return to counselling, my focus will be on teaching practical tools to manage emotions and behaviours that will support new ways of being. My approach utilizes strengths-based, client-centered therapies, along with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. The latest addition to my services is Life Coaching with a specialized focus on healthy relationship development. *(More on that below)
My belief about every client that I work with is that we know ourselves better than anyone and with some support and expert guidance we can develop new insights and self-awareness. We can become better connected to ourselves and others and live a more fulfilling and Soulful life.

Life Coaching
As a life coach in 100 Mile House, my focus on healthy relationship development involves joining me for a 10-week journey of self-discovery, where I equip you with the tools to strategize, to envision and to craft your most fulfilling relationship with yourself. If we are healthy, happy individuals, then our relationships with others will improve.
We will dive deep into your personal aspirations, challenges and the dreams that guide you towards a brighter and a more intentional future; first with yourself and as a result, with others. Research tells us that stressful interpersonal relationships can lead to health problems such as heart disease, anxiety, depression etc. Healthy relationships, on the other hand, can increase our emotional wellbeing as well as benefit our physical wellbeing.
So, what are you waiting for? Learn and grow some healthy habits that can make changes in your life for the better.
Whether you are looking for a therapist or a relationship coach, you will be learning the necessary tools to navigate your thoughts, feelings and actions in order to achieve your goals. As a result of either stream you will experience more clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. Each week we will set clear goals, hold you accountable to your goals, and spark new and healthy change.
Afterall, if it’s not change, it’s a choice.
Call me to book your first appointment and together we can create a version of your life that you never thought possible.
Define what healthy relationships look like for you.
